1. Adopting the new generation of AFC (* flow)

The design of a quantity controller enables higher precision in carrier gas control, achieving excellent reproducibility in retention time, peak area, and peak height.
All detectors in GC-2010 have been redesigned to meet the requirements of miniaturization, high sensitivity, and rapid analysis. Among them, FPD (flame photometric detector) adopts a brand new mirror full light reflection system and a condenser lens to achieve ultra-high sensitivity.
3. The new generation AFC enables the GC-2010 to meet the demanding requirements of high column head pressure (970kPa) and high carrier gas flow rate (1200mL/min) required for rapid analysis under standard configuration, allowing the host to use 0.1mm or even 0.05mm narrow caliber rapid analysis columns without adding any accessories.
4. The detector data acquisition rate of GCsolution workstation is as high as 250Hz (4msec), ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data during rapid analysis.
5. The column temperature chamber can achieve a fast heating rate of 250 ℃/min, accelerating the flow of analytes and meeting the heating requirements for rapid analysis, while also facilitating user aging of the chromatographic column.
6. The large LCD screen and powerful help function of the host make the operation more simple and intuitive. All parameters including the injection port, column temperature chamber, detector, heating program, and real-time obtained chromatogram are clearly displayed in front of the user.

8. The carrier gas control adopts a scheme of controlling the carrier gas line velocity that is correlated with the separation performance - Shimadzu's patented "carrier gas constant line velocity control method", which can obtain optimized separation conditions in a short period of time.
To meet the requirements of complex sample analysis, the host can be equipped with 3 injection ports and 4 detectors, thus eliminating the trouble of replacing detectors. Four detectors can be detected simultaneously using GCsolution.
